Documentation Needed for Your Loan

• Last two years personal, signed federal tax returns, all schedules

• If self employed, last two years business federal tax returns, all schedules, including K1's if applicable

• Last two years W2 for all borrowers

• ­Paystubs for all borrowers covering a 30 day period

• Your most recent two months bank statements for all major bank accounts. This could be either the monthly or quarterly statement, ALL PAGES PLEASE.

• ­­­­Your most recent two months statement for major retirement and/or investment accounts. This could be a quarterly statement. ALL PAGES PLEASE.

**If you are printing your bank statements online, please make sure to print the actual statement, usually a separate button or link, as opposed to the summary page or transaction page.

Depending on the loan program and the documentation you provide, we will be asking for other items in the future. However, this gives us a solid base to move ahead. Thank you for your time and assistance in gathering this documentation.
